Thank you for an entertaining read. As an (older) male fan of Georgette Heyers regency romances , I am always on the look out for engaging literature with the minimum of graphic sex. Which is weird considering the average mans preoccupation with sex, that other than "Dear Penthouse you will never believe..." (you may have to google the reference as we are speaking pre-Internet.) men tend to balk at reading 15 pages of a sexual encounter. I digress, So thank you for a fun read, please keep it up and may the Gods smile on you and yours.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I am so glad you enjoyed the book!
ReplyDeleteI read a lot of historical romance novels, about two a day sometimes. I can honestly say Penelope and Seeking Philbert Woodbead are some of the best I have ever read. They have both romance and a great deal of humor.
